Honestly ANY Assault 'Mech. Thank you MechWarrior 4/MekTek... because of your skewed gameplay favoring the assault class you have ruined ALL of them for me even on the tabletop.

Well as an old school CBT player(started in 87', showing my age a bit) who still plays pretty much every weekend i have a list of mech i really hate, some visually, some functionally-

Imp-the super urban mech, man i would be embarrased to have to pilot it
loki-glass cannon, whoever designed this thing was a moron, less armor than a mech half its size

With as many mechs that are in the game i could go on for a bit, but i will stop there.....

We in the hells horse realise the clan warrior is superior not the equipment he commands. a fusion of infantry and mech is a glorious thing
i would declare a trial of grievance against any who slander the mighty protomech.

MW4: The Argus. Easiest thing in the world to hit. Every time i drove it, i'd loose arms. I swear the hit-boxes are bigger than the actual mech profile.

MW3: The Avatar. Ugly as sin. And back then i kinda hated LRMs. Grew to love them in MW4, the ai actually had a chance to miss, even if your lance mates couldnt hit anything with them.

Battletech? Dont have one. Currently piloting a 3025 Assassin and loving it, even with tissue paper armor. Yay 7/11/7!

Protomechs sucked till the War of Reaving got the new ones a much needed viual overhaul. The Erinyes is the most ridiculous btech art ever,

Now for mechs I actually don't like. It's generally well designed, optimized mechs like the Hellstar. They're boring both to use and to fight against. The Hellstar is also visually boring.

Honestly I really can't put my finger on any mech and say I out right hate it. In the battletech universe anyway. One which really got under my skin though was the Vulture in MW4.

Edit: Protomechs in my opinion aren't mechs, they're prototrash, someone just added "mech" to the end to generate agro, and boy did it!

I also hated the vulture in MW4, but the MW3 one looked sweet! also i hate the reaver. it is ridiculously tough for a medium.

Mech I hate yet love? The Conjurer (Hellhound) from Mercs/MekTek.

I love to pilot it, decent speed, decent brawler, BUT the arms stick out so far I'd always find myself losing my LBX's, and then get killed far too easily.

Also... pure hate? EVERY USER WHO JUST GETS IN AN ASSAULT MECH AND SNIPES FOR AN HOUR IN A GAME?! SERIOUSLY!!!

Grow a pair, grab a decent mech, and actually FIGHT! ....Please?

I always hated the Stalker... right there with the Charger. A super slow over gunned mech and a fast assault mech with no guns. Both just sucked the enjoyment out of me.

For the record, there is nothing wrong with having a nemasis. And we all hate our nemisie nemisises... semisy? What ever. Point is, the Nova was always a pretty good pain in my ***. Just as a light mech pilot.. AI were just too good to really come out of an encouter with that thing and be able to finish a mission.

The Timberwolf. Can't stand that thing. It's completely overused by no-talent pilots who refuse to give up their "supposed" I-Win buttons.

The only thing I like about Timberwolves is listening to 'em whine and cry when I outfight them with my Shadow Cat. Good times.
