I had a bundle of premium hours from my Founder's pack. I have never activated it.
Well while I was sitting out because of game disconnects I happened to notice the timer counting down.

I don't understand is there some hidden keystroke that turns it on? I certainly did not activate it.

And it's not from awarded bonus time that auto starts. That has a separate counter. I didn't get a popup indicating that I did...I'm extremely concerned.

So what turned it on? I know you activate from the profile, which I didn't do... I know you activate from the game which is a terribad idea because it activates all of it, which I didn't do.

Was there some special promotion? Maybe there was a notification that was lost data packets?

How much premium time activated? Sometimes there are events that will give you one day of time. If it is more than that, you should email support and they should be able to reset your counter.

In four years of playing though, I have never heard of a counter automatically activating.

d0 you recall seeing that you got one as a reward,
was it just one day's worth ?
do you still have all of your banked time ?

if all of it activated then email accounts@mwomercs.com and explain what happened, they may be willing to help, otherwise the current event includes 3 days of premium time if you play in 3rd person view for the whole match get a kill and survive 3 times

In an instance where I did that I activated over 480 days of premium time that o had banked up until that point.
The circumstance was trying to activate 30 days when the thing just came out without knowing it must be done from the profile.

They were initially unable to help me but later gave me 180 days as consolation without me having interacted further.

Depending on events, single day and up to a week of free premium time will usually run immediately rather than bank.

I have 5 months banked. And I'm not turning it on until after my surgery.

I do hate them showing me "what I could have made" but then I'm only playing 5-10 matches a day. And only Mechs that need their pilot trees done.

I did think about going for those free days but me playing in 3rd person? I do not play well in 1st person, lol.

Because of what you said Koniving, I'm going to watch carefully how I start the time and what happens.

P.S. I think or I;m sure this has been asked before but how many victories or moving up does it take to leave Tier 5?

I swear it must be in the 100's.

I just screwed myself......again.....

I bought 3 Mastery Bundles since they were on sale and I wanted them anyway. I thought the PT was banked and it started when I redeemed them and I've having my hand operated on in about a month.

I'm trying to find support...again...and when do i do this? On a weekend....of course.
