I wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue as our teams have been running into this a lot.

We all group up as a clan and get in these large matches with our 12 man groups or even smaller groups with say 6 members and we fail to find matches as a group all the time.

We have tried un-grouping and regrouping up and that sometimes works. other times not ready then back to ready helps but its hit or miss. We are having issues finding matches in groups and have to send our guys in to hit a planet on their own and hope that we can get in the same group.

would like to get this looked into as its very frustrating.

Are you talking about Quick Play or Faction? Because it reads like you are talking in and out of one game mode to another.

My team experiences this in Quick Play. as soon as we get 3 in our group, the 'searching' can last up to 8 mins before we find a match. In Faction this has never been a concern. We group up, drop on a planet, wait for the lobby to fill (or if we are 12 already) wait for the enemy to get a full lobby and then drop.
