Hmm, interesting. The middle segment in the second picture somewhat resembles a PPC form the old art.....

Look at post 2# in the middle of the MWO Twitter picture. It looks like the mech in question has some kind of Ultra AC.
That middle fragment cannot be anything else.

The PPCs in TRO 3050 look like that as well. The similarity is most visible in the Adder's article from that book.

The 5 barrel port is likely an LRM5.

I don't think so. Circular settings for small launchers like that is pretty uncommon. LRM 5s are usually set either inline (1x5 pattern) in a 2x2 pattern with the fifth tube in the dead center.
