The Nox Corvum (Night Ravens) were formed in the late part of 3048. Our unit was formed by a collection of unemployed soldiers on Outreach that were from across the entire sphere. We are a mobile strike force that uses speed to its advantage very few mechs go slower than 80 Kph in the entire unit. Our strategy can be summed akin to a wolf pack, always moving, always hunting. We use mechs from every weight class but Assault class mechs are extremely rare.

Established Chain of Command
Commander- Nataku
Colonel- Dragonfire
Major, 2nd Class- Yipyioh
Major, 1st Class- Siris
*currrent chain of command, subject to addition.

The highest combat priority is the application of tactical strength. Tactics can only succeed if employed from top to bottom, all the way to the end. As such, blatant disregard for orders during combat will be highly frowned upon. That said, this is purely for maintaining lance cohesion in the powerful heat of battle. Our battle tactics rely heavily upon the ability to mobilize and coordinate precision strikes. Basic company structure will break down into three lances wherein the highest ranked corporation member automatically becomes lance leader unless they delegate the position to another pilot.

All formality said and done, we are currently searching for a total of sixteen pilots (at the start) to join our cause. All who join will begin at private rank, but will be assessed based on performance and experience. Any players who are already veterans in mech combat may message any of the above members of the chain to receive a higher position from start. We look forward to fighting alongside skilled and loyal comrades!

************************************************
We are looking for pilots playing in the Pacific Time Zone. We are not looking for large amounts of time commitment, but if a member is inactive for 4 weeks they will most likely be removed.

Very nice, very nice. Thanks for telling me about this, Siris. Good to see the corp up and running, and yup that pretty much sums it all up.

To the readers, this may sound a bit strict but it's not meant to. We're very reasonable people but we just want to keep it all tight when we fight. With a game such as this where tactical play is not only available but a boon, we want to make the most of it.

Scouts are a valuable resource to us as tactical information will be a necessity, so anybody crazy enough to step into a light 'mech (like me!) has a place with us as well as any front liners who want to blow some stuff up! Of course different roletypes will be called upon to form different squads for whatever missions we may undertake, so while we will mainly have a few lances of front line 'mechs with light scouts attached, situations may call for unique measures. If you feel like you'd do best in a specific squad type, tell us. You could step in with me and form a skirmisher squad or request to have a scout assigned to you as a spotter when you play as an assault 'mech.
we'll certainly do our best to maintain a balance between all roletypes so don't feel discouraged if you prefer to play a heavier 'mech, our tactics are simply focused more on speed and surgically coordinated strikes, as stated.

Almost forgot to mention, loving the Corps insignia. Goes well with the motto, you know? Above the pillars of gods... And so shall we be.

Nice, glad to see we finally got this up. Really like the emblem Siris does the cause well. Hopefully only thing to do now is to wait for more people to sign up. Can not wait.

Tactics above all, numbers count for little if the many are a rabble.
