To the guys I was with in a Conquest Mining Collective Match a few minutes ago :

If you read this, please accept my apologies. Theres is no excuse or anything like that for me actually yelling . I can only hope you DO accept my sincere apologies . Please know I am fully aware it actually hurts the Ears, and I am sorry for putting that pain onto you .

I am usually NOT a yelling Person, I do not really know what made me yell . I am sometimes a salty, or whiney, or sarcastic person on Comms, but yelling....wont happen again .

Thanks for the Match anyways .

Yep, same reason I don't use a mic on my computer(apart from the missus watching TV in the background with the volume up too loud), far too tempting for me to develop a severe case of Gamers Tourretes...

This kind of thing is why we have push to talk. I have something constructive to say? I push my button to activate my mic. I just feel like yelling at my computer screen? Well then I don't push the button. Many a time I've blurted out less than politically correct insults at people in a match but never with my mic open.

Wow, are there any other games where people actually apologize after the fact for something they acknowledge was wrong?
Maybe it's cause i frequent this board the most of any game, but i see lots of people on this game try to at least make some amends, even if it's just a "sorry, raged too much a sec ago"

Yes, because obviously we should all be pounding our chests like gorillas and doubling down on obviously incorrect positions lest we show weakness. If the dude wants to have some decorum after screwing up then I see nothing wrong with that.

Nope, I am not weak .

I actually yelled, at the Top of my Voice, over someone on VOIP in a Match. Which is a horrible thing to do in a Game over VOIP, considering many people wear headsets . Imho, its the decent thing to do to offer apologies .

But heh, opinions differ, and "you wut manners?" I guess...

Yeah, I am using PTT. Thing is, I am SO used to it, it went without thinking...hence the little mute switch on my Mic comes in handy now...
