I'm just going to assume there was some ammo explosion and spread damage shenanigans, honestly. Because that's all I can think of.

A better question would be: Can we put the head in that empty space between the legs, stick a tiny engine in it (anything is possible with a little space magic) and also have controls for the legs? Then we just need lasers in the legs and you're set to go!

You've lost all front armor. It could have been ammo explosions but it won't destroy your armor just structure and ammo explosions are really high damage but all clan mechs inherently have case so I don't think it'll bleed to your ct. Besides your damage report didn't mention ammo explosion. I'm thinking a lucky splat build or a bad convergence high damage ballistics build that hit all exposed components with enough damage at the same time to destroy them all.
