Thanks PGI,

All light mechs suck compared to the Arctic Cheater. IS lights mechs...stink.

Okay, locus is okay because of you crappy refresh rates on your servers and bad hit boxes. But, not what most players have in mind when playing lights.

Not sure what you were going for but the past few months have been a joke. 35 tone mechs the same size of Heavys or Assualts...really.

Put down the crack pipe and please rethink the game mechanics. I know I'm being mean but when I see "Purchase MC," first thing I think of is..@#$@# you.

Oh yeah, thanks for the crashing to desktop now.

I love how people say the ACH is OP, when it's just the least crap light mech. I will agree on the size thing, it is seriously weird to be walking around in an Adder and realize the Hunchback IIC beside you is the same size.

He never said the ACH was OP, just that other all lights suck in comparison. Big difference there. I totally agree with you OP, see you on Indar.

I usually associate calling something it the "Arctic Cheater" as being one of the people that counts the ACH as OP. If that's not the case, then I'll 100% agree with him on his points.

I say just buy an Adder and just start enjoying your newfound ability to 1v1 assaults head on if you just have a little bit of cover.

Really though, Dire Wolves, Kodiaks, Banshees, King Crabs, those CTs cannot take hits from a UAC20 and 15 points of small laser that many times in a row. Its probably my most fun light mech at the moment.

Arctic Cheetah, Locust, Adder. They are all doing pretty well based on my results and the old light leaderboard.

You're really just exaggerating pretty heavily saying lights are the same size as heavies and assaults, its just not true.

Adder soloing assaults. What major potatoes are you facing? The Adder is a giant walking CT with light mech armor just asking to get shot. And that's coming from someone that loves the thing to bits.

You can even put an ECM module on an arctic cheater!!! really. JJ and body mounted lasers. Small profile. Drop dead. Its a joke. ALL other lights suck. They even know it.

We have plenty of people with their heads up their arses saying in the Lights resizing thread "this was a good thing" when the only reasonable Light mech to run is ONLY the Arctic Cheetah... having nerfed the Lolcust and made every other IS Light mech fatter (not that the Cute Fox or Badder escaped that).

Light Diversity: The only time one mech is head and shoulders above its brethren. Thanks Obama Russ.

For the longest time, the most powerful light had no JJ, no ECM, and no Energy hardpoints..... The Cheetah was stupidly OP at launch with it's quirks, but after c-bill release it was toned down quite well. I'm a fan of nerfing over-performers and buffing weak characters, to keep everything in the middle, so it was still a little too powerful for my taste, but not jokingly so.

Why. I"m a founder. I dropped cash on this reboot when COD kiddies where learning about paid cheats or gramps where rolling around with the grand kids.

I'm just saying, it's stupid. Why take anything other than a Arctic Cheater?? why? I could Commando, Jenner or Wolf hound your butt into the ground a few weeks ago. Now, NADA.

The funny thing is that even with sad state lights are at the moment there's this crowd around clamoring how OP they are and how they should be all nerfed.

My favourite complaint was that because locust costs only 1/10th of kodiak, it should be able to only do 1/10th of kodiaks average damage in a match. He didn't see anything weird about how he thought that average damage for kodiak should be 1000 per match. Same guy kept claiming that how lights are easiest weight class to play and more combat effective than any other.
