Hello, probably is OT but a friend offered me a AMD radeon R9 390, someone knows if it compatible with MWO?

That's more than enough for MWO on max settings.

The game requires more from CPU. Weaker or older computer won't run this game great with good graphics card.

Adding to what Teer5 said, are you currently able to run the game? If you are, then this should make the game a little better for you. If not, what processor are you using?
