I installed a game called fractured space last night- Didnt like it, anyways everything that i know of was working fine before i installed the download I came home today and have been dealing with this for the past 4 hours. I run the launcher it tells me the servers are down for maintenance some of the microsoft download pages dont load and some web pages load properly while others look like they were typed out on paper I've tried the repair tool it wont even run and system restore is a fail this is what mwo repair tool tells me
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I am having this same issue, with the exception that I have NOT installed or made any adjustments to any programs. Mwo ran fine last i checked (12 midnight ). Got home from work today and i am having issues with getting the launcher to even work. Says something about unable to resolve remote name: patcher.mwomercs.com. Used client. Exe in program folder to access login screen and its telling me that the server is undergoing maint. But wouldnt the indicator at the top of the web page say otherwise?

Reboot your computers, router and modem.

And where are you located and what ISP are you using?

Thanks both of noting it cleared up, as well as what service you are currently using.
