Interesting in seeing what others are doing with their Atlas. I need some inspiration for a pattern/paint scheme.

I really want to get the white skull head with different colors on the body, but the only two patterns that allow that is the Frankenwhatever pattern with an entire skeleton I don't want, and the pirate skin with the eyepatch that looks like a hot mess.

Side question...why are the most iconic paint schemes not available for one of the most iconic mechs?

Pretty much only one that has head in that manner is Founder Atlas...

My Founders Atlas whom I still recall when it was a match changing force. Now, it sits in my Mechbay, because I can't sell it. Nothing more.

Yup, the day when the mighty ATLAS is nothing but a joke, and a target lights dont "fear" as it was always so to do to lesser mechs in novels and stuff. Now the Atlas is just a target for lights to farm damage off..

As soon as this event is over, I will finally have MC to repaint my Loyalty Atlas. Not a big fan of the standard camo pattern.

Only at lower tiers. At Tier 1, good Atlas pilots are usually capable of fending off light mechs, because they're better at leading their aim with SRMs and ballistics.

Unfortunately, the Atlas is still a bit of a joke at Tier 1, due to assault mech power creep. 4 medium lasers, a couple of UAC5s and a couple of SRMs won't even slow down a Kodiak.

Phraken on the Atlas is lovely. Think that the Davion one on the loyalty variant is pretty OK as well.

Kodiaks do shred Atlases, unless the Atlas manages to get in under 270m, then they start to panic slightly. Just abit.

The loyalty Atlas is so sexy. I love the way the light plays with the speckley texture and that purpley shine. I change colors often for the heck of it. I currently have it running plain old black because it shows that shine so nice. Looks pretty nice in greys too.
