[Chill Bill]

A former Atlas CQ brawler, now slightly comfortable with a dakka KDK (2 XUAC10/2 X UAC5)

Yeah, I know..different weight classes, weapon types etc...Just asking based on my history..willing to experiment:

1) KDK - 2 X Gauss + 2 X PPC
2) KDK - 2 X UAC10 + 2 X PPC
3) NTG- 2 X ERLL + 2 Gauss (JK)
4) Awesome 9M- 3 X ERPPC (currently in mothballs)

I can only suggest 3 mechs that I personally find hilarious to play

Nova (king of the kill count) - for when you just had a really bad game
getting kills with this build is so easy and stress free it makes for a good rage cooldown mech

Executioner(the 90kph roadrunner) - meep meep
its fun to outrun light mechs in your assault isnt it?

Archer-5W - and the skies became black with their arrows!
for when you don't feel like doing all that difficult face to face fighting
(you can also run SRM2/4 for chainfire SRM vomit of a special class)

Of those 4 mechs... I personally only like option number 1. My runner up choice would be number 4...

option 1, all day every day.

For the Night Gyr I would consider 2x Gauss and 1x PPC instead.

Oxide Jenner - 4 SRM 4's are just hard to beat even with the quirks. Then for those times you just want to trollolo people switch out the srms to LRM 5's and see if you can get more damage with the LRMs and one Air or arty strike thant the number of LRMs you carry. I have done that a few times.

Griffin 3M. SRM's and ML's or MPL's your choice, but fast. Or you can through a 340xl in it with 4 SSRM 2's in chain fire in a with a few friends for some wolfpack action. You should see four mediums circling a direwolf left all alone.

Jagermech S. dual AC5's and Dual AC 2's. Set up all four in 2 different chain fire modes and fire like you have a macro. Here the Dakka is great.

Wolerine. I can not remember the one, but it works great with 2 AC 5's in the left arm. It just burns through the ammo.

I'd actually recommend the Griffin 2N over the 3M for brawling. You have the same number of hardpoints, but with a more symmetrical layout, the machine lends itself better to brawling. Plus the ECM lets you close to SRM distance easier, and lets you help your team out during the opening long-range exchanges. The biggest downside over the 3M is that all your energy hardpoints are in a rather vulnerable location, but the energy weapons are always more of a backup on the non-hero Griffins.

GYR with 2xGauss 1xERPPC, 6t gauss ammo, TC1, rest DHS

the shredders:

or GYR 1xUAC20 + 1xUAC10, TC5, rest ammo.
or GYR 4xUAC5
or GYR 2xUAC10 + 5xCERML

Kodiak 3 is king. After that, my personals are WHM-6R, HellBringer with a uac20, 4mlas and finally the CN9-D or Oxide. Yeah, I made it 5 not 4. Whatever.
