My question is what is that mech that will let me do this that is not a slug?
If possible can you also post a build for example sake and for others down the road to use?
Thanks so much for your help!

And what's your definition of "not a slug"?

May seem somewhat sluggish. However, I offer Proof of Concept. I'd suggest skipping to 3:30 as the first few minutes are full of positioning failure.

sometimes i play such a thing :
HBK-4P
the heat is not really a problem, because you usually do not use PPC and ML at same time a lot... and for trying, that build is cheap!
The hunch, means that you have your ppcs as near the cockpit as possible, no more ppc shots into (invisible) obstacles!

2 ppc
2-4 medium/medium-pulse laser
1-2 LRM10/15(+artemis IV)
List of 'mechs
Warhammer 6R, 7R, Black Widow
Marauder 5D
Orion K, M
Awesome (any except 8Q and Pretty Baby)
Battlemaster 1G, 1S, 2C, 3M, 3S, Hellslinger
Stalker any
Cyclops 10-Z, 11-P
Highlander 733P
Mauler 1P, 2P
Banshee 3S, La Malinche
Atlas D, K, RS, S
King Crab 0000
Clan'mechs.. well.. an awful lot could do that, also more heavies. Although, a 3 way loadout with er ppc is stupidly hot and not recommended.
What you should look for are high mounts for the PPCs, PPCs quirks, XL friendly design.
You WILL need an XL engine otherwise every mech will feel slugish with that kind of loadout.
Being a jack of all trades and a master of none, expect that you will:
-get outlurmed by a dedicated missileboat
-get outsniped by a dedicated sniper
-get brawled by any midrange and brawling build
You essentially try to fulfill 3 roles at once. Sniping, missile support and midrange combat.
That will make your task a lot more difficult then having one dedicated role (snipe, lrm, midrange).
I would highly recommend you stick to one dedicates role or maybe two at most.
A battlemaster 1S with 2xLRM15+A, 2LRM10+A, a TAG and 3 medium laser can woop butts anywhere from 800 to 180 meter.
A ppc based banshee 3M can continuously fire at 600-90 meter.
Both exampes are clearly defined in playstyle and are a lot easier to play then "jack of all trades" 'mechs. You also bring more effect onto the field and can carry the game of you have to.
With Jack of all trades you always have to react and can never truely dictate a match to your or your teams advantage.
Although, it's your mech, do what you like most.

You could probably do the loadout your considering on a timber wolf if you keep your launchers small (opposite of packs a punch). You can most likelly also do it on a kodiak. And you can definitely do it on a direwolf but then you run into that "Slug" problem you were talking about...
But thats a lot of heavy weaponry. You really should consider shriking down your list of things you want.
Anyway, you cant have all the things, somewhere your going to have to budge a little.
Well, I dont actually know anything about LRMs, but I am going to guess the big launchers are pretty heavy, while at the same time, taking up at least couple slots if not more.

Puhhh, now that is a difficult to handle combo.
PPCs are for "look, fire, fade" maneuvers and too slow to deliver the dps of, say, Acs.
LRMs have enormous face time (achieving lock, fire, hold lock till missiles arrive, repeat) eliminating the advantage of PPCs and pronouncing its downsides.
Lasers are best for focused high alpha builds on light and medium mechs or on certain spezialized heavy mechs.
But they are alaround the worst weapons for combination with other weapons due to their heat and targeting propertys.
(ACs, Gauss, PPC, SRM have to be lead to hit a target, lasers are on spot)
Ironicaly LLasers and LRMs do work together if you can manage the heat.
So If you want to have a mixed weapons build with either PPCs or LRMs use ACs or Gauss as partner for PPCs and Lasers as Partner for LRMs.

It's also just a really great support mech in general, and can even fit some cool brawler builds.

I suggest dropping the idea of all three kind of weapons. With PPCs and LRMs and fast enough mech you will be able to keep up with the team so you don't need efficient mid range weapons, as there will always be brawlers on your team anyway.

2- ER PPC, 1 LRM10....(for sniping)
Always use a computer with any ER PPC and a probe for the lrm.
2 LPL, 2 or 4 SRM 6.....Brawling
Again at least have one computer.

My rule of thumb is: unless the mech has +50% PPC velocity, use LPL instead.

Your video proves that:
1) Using LRM will get you cored (because you can't torso twist)
2) All the targets you've engaged with PPC were inside 400 meters, where the LPL is distinctly better (11 damage 7 heat yo!)
3) The minimum range on PPCs will make you panic, overheat and die.

(I'm a little embarrassed to be the guy who says "how about a Shadow Hawk" in every thread about "suggest a 'mech for doing X" ... but what can you do.)

Since then I've discovered that it performs far better with Large Pulse Lasers but it does kind of sound like the 'mech you're looking for, right?
EDIT: The SRM4s are easily interchangeable with LRM5s if you want LRMs over SRMs. Don't be fooled by small LRM launchers. Because of the way spread works, you'll do far more damage with two LRM5s than you will a single LRM10. Heck, you may even out DPS an LRM15 or 20.
