Am having a issue signing in. everytime i try i get a error message sayingh there is a update with steam. I have updated and rebooted several times and am still having a issue logging in since this last patch.

Anyway, PGI has acknowledge that Steam isn't updating. They've implied it's Steams fault. It's funny.

the issue is somewhere bec i go into steam and it says the update is qeued

It's times like this I'm glad I made the decision and have the hard drive space to have the steam version and the original client installed at the same time. Steam won't update? Fine. I'll just play through the original client until it does.

just reboot your steam, it should work now.

steam is finally updating. it took its time to get started though

It's fixed, it appears. Restart Steam if it hasn't started downloading yet.

Only 900MB for me though... I thought it was twice that big?

Where? All I saw was Alex' post that they look into it and shortly after it was fixed.
