Is there a way to take a picture fro the front of the mech in Training ground or similar? Only from mechlab?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. Closest you can get without someone else to help is to head into the MechWarrior Academy and swap out your 'Mech, as Pariah did in their (awesome) shot.
