On FW solo drop it shows only the player in the list. Nobody arrives on that list until a full drop starts. This was not happening pre-patch.
When the MM finds 12 players you suddenly appear in a 10 minute countdown drop but until then looks like its just you in the Q.
Someone else in faction chat says they are getting the same issue.....

- Yes... first time I think that just premade team of 9-10 players come, but seems it really working strange.

Yes. "Queue Info" (on left), is the only way to tell if there are other players in que. The "Waiting for team" list (on the right), shows 11 empty slots no matter what.

This happened before, when they set the game to recognize individuals as "1 person groups." Back when they were trying to set up the group queue versus the solo queue.
I'm guessing that's what they did here. The organized groups (read as: the ones that pay PGI's bills) complained about pugs enough to get them to try to do something.
