Concept: A hero mech named after Ned Kelly, the Aussie robin hood who welded himself an iron outfit for a rumble with the law. Maybe an all-ballistic Black Knight?

I would actually buy a BL-KNT with a ballistic arm and PPC quirks.

What kind of firearms were they using back then? Muskets? Those bullet strikes look more like they were done by balls rather than shaped rifle rounds.

Soft lead nose rifle and pistol rounds, IIRC it was around 1875 he got captured using this.
