Bornem Triple Abbey Ale
Surly - Furious (also Bender) local brewey in minnesota, they have a Darkness I haven't tried yet but it's supposed to be very nice.
LaTrappe Quadrupel (haven't tried it yet but it's getting opened in about 5 min).
Bottle of Ty-Ku Junmai sake to go with the ginger beer or just on nights where the beer needs to take a break.
