Sure, there are some guys that enjoy clubbing some seals, but the better units and players stay away from CW simply because the games are so boring. With intresting games happening, population/q-times and such stuff wouldn't be an inssue.

What do you mean Stuka?

The skillgap is one of the biggest problems in this game! You are probably the best player in your unit (at least 6 months ago). As we played in the same unit, we tried hard to get games against a couple other units. And we owned them usually pretty hard.
Sure it is sometimes fun to farm, but not all day long.
Did you forget how we tried to keep the groupsize small, so it is at least challenging? I know that not everybody felt that way, but I always thought you would do so.

I made a suggestion to cap FW to T3 and up for quality matches and everyone on these forums flamed me

Until PGI reformats FW into the Clan vs IS buckets, why not get ahead if them and do something similar to that? I say similar because some teams want IS/IS and C/C matches as well.

So pick four factions that all come together and agree to divvy up between them.

If there is even a population at all for this, it will cover the bases in terms of modes and somewhat in terms of lore/rewards and might give the community and PGI a glimpse at how effective their new bucket idea is going to be.

and yes our 12 mans are super no fun its just a murder house... 4-6 mans for the carry all day

Hey Guys, just been so busy with stuff this weekend. So just an update, the spreadsheet will be containing unit names, contract end dates and faction choices for each unit (once agreed upon). Faction choices will extend to about a month or two ahead. Also, the aim of this is to improve match quality.

wtf two pages of chatter and you dolts are talking about spreadsheets, german coast gaurds and having meetings like your on Russ' payroll...

Just plan to play on the weekends as a group IN CW, its the most off work day for most people... its not complicated...
