The lighting seems to be different in the mech bay and I cant really discern which blue this is.
(the lighter one, but knowing the darker one and or shade of gray would be nice too)

I think I see a woodland camo pattern there... This pattern gives different shadings to colours. You will need to check in the mechlab using this actual pattern to reproduce the effect.

That looks like Cobalt. Time of day and map can also change how the colors appear.

I tried lots of colors with over my Jade Kite, and it didn't look right.
Ive had a time because It looks so different in the mech bay compared to in-game.
