Premium time purchased through the game is active upon purchase. So again, see my post above about the hidden value in the locust mastery bundle.

I wanted to buy the Battlemaster Hero Hellslinger, but unlike other assault hero mechs (for instance Boar's Head, Pretty Baby, La Malinche, Misery, etc.) the list of available patterns to use on that mech is empty. Hellslinger right now is basically stuck with using the default pattern it comes with.

Is this how it should be or is it a bug? I ask this because it has no sense to me that other assault hero mechs can have different paint patterns applied to them, while Hellslinger can only use the default one.

That is the break down of 20% off the locust pack.

Now for value comparison

Premium time ala carte 2500 - 20% = 2000 MC

Pirates bane ala carte. 1500 - 50% = 750 MC

Those three total well over the original price for the locust pack even on sale. So if you want premium time and mech bays, do yourselves a favor and buy the locust pack. Even if you sell the mechs, it will be about on par with the ala carte sales.

A second note: If you are planning to buy larger amounts of premium time, then this does not save you as much. If you buy 30 days, then it is well worth it.

It's no mistake...just get out and play! Certainly not a reason to not take advantage of the sale, anyway. So you don't miss it next time, 'active premium time' is the key phrase.

Now what I don't like is that you can't activate your banked time in blocks of the quantities you got them. Buy two mechpacks...you should have two individual 30 day blocks to activate separately when it's best for you. 30 days is hard enough for which to plan...60 days is nearly impossible, and I can't imagine how those who banked much more go about planning it.

you can activate your banked time in 30 day blocks, just not the active time.

Thanks to those mastery packs I've now got 118 days active that I have to use up and then another 150 banked from ages ago that I can activate in 30 day blocks.

least xmas is in that 118 day period so I'll get some good use out of it

If you do it from the account details page you can activate it in blocks of 30 days. I sadly once triggered all mine at once by accident from the launcher activate button.

All the mech sales before in this year you could get discount mechs 1 of 2 ways: 1) waste time doing $$ conversion to MC and then trying to MC buy mech....OR.... 2) just go on MOW site store and buy them directly for $$ w/o all that counting....and numbers...and stuff.... and now Black Fri ya can't? WTH kind of capitalistic venture is this?? On day of days for capitalistic ventures no less?!

I put my MC into Mech Bays and planned on doing same thing as have all year long....paying All Mighty Green at MOW site....only to be denied?

With this sale it is actually cheaper to buy MC and get mechs through the in game store. Even without the extra 20% MC from last week
