That is an error message. It tells you, that the game failed to find an available server.

On a more serious note: Write the support. They are responsible for stuff like this.

My favourite error message is "An error has occured" and the Button to confirm says "Success!"

If we're talking about wonderful errors, I'm still in love with the time that a program of mine froze, a "This program has stopped responding" message came up, then IT froze, then a message popped up saying it had stopped responding. That happened 5 more times before I just restarted my computer. Oh, and I remembered the program that froze. Task Manager. Was trying to exit a game with it.

That icon is the drop icon. It's either displayed during the drop sequence, or when your packets are dropped maybe.
