For me, being solo pug gamer, any faction play event is a good thing- need to get that galaxy commander III one day

Not going to comment nova event rewards, since I'm personally not a supporter (got back to playing after a rather long break)

However, it seems a bit wrong to offer a "2016 WC Tournament Supporter" item as a prize in a challenge that has nothing to do with supporting the WC.

I think it is just another example of bad messaging on the part of PGI. If they had called it the tournament mascot or symbol that folks could then display if they wanted to indicate their support for the tournament then there would probably be limited complaints.

However, the way they have worded it makes it sound like it is an item that should be handed out to folks who support the tournament rather than something folks can display to show their support for the tournament.

As someone who until a few days ago was a merc in a 1 man unit, but is now a Loyalist, it annoys me that the IS folk don't get to have free stuff like the mercs AND clan loyalists do....

Also, doesn't this mean all the everyone that can be will be on the clan side for the freebies? (yes, there will be enough, "Another warhon? chuck it on the pile..." players but that isn't all of us.)

Just, seems unfinished and hurried??

Not to say I don't appreciate a faction event, because YES but still...

Is this hooter worth buying a Crab?
Last time I was looking at it I decided against it, already possessing a mastered Hunch-P. Same weight and also med lasers.
Does the Crab add a new playstyle over this one?

I find it appropriate. "Ember" could have been a nice pun, too, but the Crab is the closest IS equivalent to the Nova.
And I really wouldn't want to be forced to play some underperforming Firestarter against Streakcrows in Scouting.

I didn't mind the crab, might rebuy one of them just for this event since I do like scout mode. The crab is like any 50 tonner though, don't expect it to be a heavy.

I like FP events and I like free MC so yay for that!

Sadly I won't get any of it. I know today that I can't play on next friday and saturday so I won't be able to complete 6 days. The previous events where a bit more "forgiving" in that you could earn at least a part of the MC.

maybe you could give 50 per 2 days/points and 150 when you get all 6? Then you could give some incentive to players like me who can't play in all next 6 (of only 7) days.
