Not sure myself.
I'm comparing the forward tilt of the mech's foot joint to the flat surface to its left... as well as step positions on the ramp.

I feel as if you're seeing what you want to see, instead of an official announcement of its reinstatement.

Yeah I just went through and watched them all, and I don't think its in based on that video.

Actually... re-watching the clips... OP might be right.

In the Timber clip you can clearly see the feet match pitch with the ramp. Without IK, the feel would remain plainer and the heel would clip the ramp (Just confirmed in testing grounds).

With the Kit, it's tough to call but I "think" IK is there... While you clearly see it float on one step and clip on the next, you need to remember the topology collision mesh is an average of it's surrounding topology... So the actual collision mesh does not exactly match the high-level terrain LOD.

The Timber clip is what sells it for me.
