Hello ,
I'm new to mwo, unfortunately I can not log in the game.
The following error message comes:
There is an error douring the login error process code 10.
I have already tried the following to solve the problem:
- ports in the router released
- A virus software / firewall turned off
-ipconfig/release tested
-ipconfig/renew tested
-ipconfir/flushdns tested
-changed to open dns

can anyone help me ?

I would like to help but need more information to do so,

how are you launching the game, with the patcher you download from this site or from Steam?

you start the game, put in your username and password, and get login error code 10. is that correct?

what version of Windows are you running?

is "error code 10" the only error or is there more to the error message and if so what?

in the mean time, if you are using the MWO launcher/patcher you download from this site I would suggest trying installing directx 9 and the visual c++ redistributable, it may say those are already installed but install them anyway as those will fix many problems.
the Steam version tends to have fewer problems so if you are not already running the steam version it may be easier to run that version.

also there is currently a free Mech available, if you are a new player it certainly would not hurt to get it, follow the link below for more info

errorcode 10, eh? Steamclient i assume?

Try the standalone launcher
http://mwomercs.com/game/download

(you can claim 24hr of premium time on the same page after starting the download, i would do so after installation is completed)

First time, i install the game on steam, But I received with the registration the error 10 display and could not log me in.

I uninstalled steam and installed the game over the launcher(patcher), but I received the same error code when registering as with the Steaminstallation.

I try to install Mwo on another computer, where I could log in with my account, so it can not be to my Accont,But it must be at my computer or my network.

My system is win10 64 version 1607

Yes error code 10 is the only error
correct error code 10 comes on the login by put in my username and password.

I have directx 12 installed but should be compatible with direct x 9?

I have now installed direct x 9, but it has brought no improvement.
Visual c ++ redistributable could not be installed because a newer version is installed

If would have to guess, i'd say there's a firewall active in your router, blocking the ports.
Then again, guessing isn't what you need.

Yeah I would suggest trying to ask support, as those error codes are not explained anywhere, it would be blindguessing for the cause.

Sometimes I see some error code xx when I try to login after being disconnected from battle, and I have standalone install, so I would not automatically think it has to do with steam. I think the code I've seen is 60 and it comes only once, after which I try again and it goes trough.

I'm pretty sure Windows 10 comes with DirectX9 and the game should use DirectX 11 by most computers. What graphics card you have? But really the fastest route should be support since they know what that code indicates.

my Gpu is gtx 960

I have already connected with the support but their suggestions brought no improvement

Yes running the repair tool was the first thing i do...

I use the Speedport W 724V router, with this device it is unfortunately not possible to disable the firewall

If you're using Avast Anti-virus, make sure you didn't block the MWO process from running. I've done that in the Avast firewall before and caused the same issues.
