Don't think so, before it was 5 heat for 25 flpd damage @ almost 700 meter, soon it will ne 7,5 heat for the same. Come one, that is still less heat then 2 medium lasers.

Besides, quad uac5 mauler is way more scarier.
penta ac5 is what? 15 dps? quad uac5 is 12 to 24 dps.
Lastly, the Black Widow can do quad ac5 remarkably well (or a bit slower, dual ac5 + dual uac5).
It's currently on a the same level as the "old" 200% dps quirk Dragon 1N, only slower but with highmounted hardpoints.
