Or some similar solution.
Situation: As of right now, someone is creating free accts, with a slight variant on naming, and using trial assaults to team kill. High degree of likelihood such person has an actual account that they are not using.
Propose: auto detection of anomalous amount of free acct creation in a short period from a single (or closely associated) IPs.
Drawback: potentially hurts VPN users; less likely, but potentially hurts multi acct families on routers.
If there is a more sophisticated solution, and I feel there probably are, I am not personally aware of them (not my forte, as it were).
In short, malicious actors are able to abuse the free acct system. A solution is required.

These cases rare but annoying. When game club will lock down this is not good

I've been running into this issue all day today. Likely the same guy you're talking about.
The big issue for me is having to put down a friendly assault that has already ripped through a full lance of allies still imposes some hefty penalties.
I might add onto this suggestion once a teammate deals over 200 points of damage to friendlies that the penalties for destroying them either be reduced or to have them be marked as a hostile.

as this has gone on for several days now, and is the sort of thing that actively drives players away, it's hardly rare or a small issue.
There is NO reason not to take this seriously and deal with it.
Anyone who suggests otherwise is suspect of being the Griefer.
