Oh do you have done something to violate the CoC - apart from posting pictures of parrots?

during the trans-ipgpgi-verse era it would have been enough.
You've got a temporary ban and all your postings were "watched" for just typing "IPG"

Dude, that's not funny. I posted in that thread, played a game, and then my MWO client kicked me out and the forum wouldn't let me open any threads or log in. I thought I had been banned.

only someone doing fishy sttuff fears beeing banned anyone else will initially think of some technical issues.

Ok, you got me. I thought PGI had caught on to my underground MechPack scam black market.

It took me reading this thread to notice that factions were gone. :)

With all of the things going wrong, now people can't even show of what faction they're part of. This is fine.

FYI: Posting pictures of parrots is a bannable offense. Spelled out in the CoC are numerous regulations regarding the use of images of the bird family Psittacoidea and all result in the player being banned.

Apparently parrots are notorious for teasing water-bound piranha including dropping sticks on their heads from overhanging branches.

Looking into this now. Issue is just a display problem with the forums, no actual Faction statuses appear to be affected.

My, "Mark forum as read," button still isn't functioning correctly.

When I press it, the forum seems to be marked as read.. the circles disappear..

..but, when I refresh the page, all the posts have their circles turned back on unless I actually click on and load each post.

This has been going on for months. Clicking on the forums button at the top of the page, rather than any other link, seems to work though.

Hmm, this issue I can't replicate exactly.

Navigating into a forum, marking the forum as read, and then refreshing the page retains the read status for all of the threads.
If I click through to a thread and return back to the sub-forum instead of refreshing, they do still appear as unread, but after a refresh they're marked correctly as read.

You get the issue every time even after a refresh?

I was feeling attacked and victimised by everyone who had a faction conflicting with my values so i reported everyone.

Yes. The only way that threads I've read, or marked as read, show correctly is if I click the button at the top of the forums. It's not even the button at the top as I write this. If I click that button nothing shows as read. I have to click the Forums button at the top of that page before it makes any difference. It was an issue a good while back that went away and has now returned. May be related to my installation of ad block as that is all that has changed on my end. Can't be bothered to remove ad block to check it though.
