Obviously you have played every day for the last two weeks and you have destroyed enough components to qualify. Those "Lance in Formation" and "Protected Light/Medium 'Mech" are easy to complete even without big trying.
And as the result of completing all four parts of the challenge, you have been awarded the Grid Iron Hero 'Mech.
