Sorry me for my bad English :
• MW was one of the first games to use a third-person view and interior, I hope this will be the same with this version ON LINE.
MW was also the first game that allowed you to use a joystick and again I hope we can simply use the equipment without having to add files that work when they want.
For now the reference is MechWarrior MERCENARIES MekTek, I hope that what is proposed in 2012 will be the same level. I play MechWarrior for 11 years now so I wait ALL about MW ONLINE, great gameplay, beautiful pictures and video of high quality.
Buy at any price a game is not a problem, simply that it's quality. When you're a big fan of MechWarrior can make all the criticisms that are constructive for the game to live again and again. Developers must comply with the mood of the game, all the possibilities of robots and even improve them.
Long live MW and MW ONLINE
:P

Actually, I think this game is going to be far better than any previous MechWarrior game. However, we will have to wait and see.

MechWarrior was the first game to allow you to use a joystick? I don't know about all that now.

I'm feeling optimistic so far. Cautiously so, but the Dev team is a lot more reassuring than they could be.

maybe he means first BattleTech game to use a joystick? Or maybe the first game in France? The first games here in the US required a joystick to play.

Considering that they're using CryEngine 3, I simply have problems imagining it looking anything but AAA quality. Why go to the trouble of buying that engine (which ain't cheap!!) unless you plan to leverage it? I have faith.

I just hope they manage to get destructible environments in. I have no idea how well CryEngine3 can handle dynamically destroyed structures (and by structures, I mean entire city blocks.)

The closest reference for the engine in MWO is MechWarrior: Living Legends :)

I want to make one clarification: 1997/1998 in France of the joystick Microsoft Sidewinder force feedback was sold with the game MW3. I started playing with MW and MW2 Mercenaries keyboard and it was very hard. It was also at that time or robots moving on the screen by ice skating lol and had a mammoth process. So what a joy to use joystick for MechWarrior's real passion is part of here ..... I put the patches on MWLL CRYSIS but I do not like the movement of robots, so I just removed. The graphics are good but I think the atmosphere is not MechWarrior appointments and I think moving Battlemechs is similar to MW2. l play now only with MW MEKTEK.So I hope to find as well or better with MW ONLINE
The fan.... lol

Welcome Karl der Große!

Hopefully - and it looks as if its just turns out to be true, this one will be the best of all. PGI is very open and friendly to the gathering folks here around the holy grail of Mechwarfare. So we are being heard.

One would have to speculate that if you have the Machine for it, you will be able to crank the Graphics Level up as high as you like.

Also "Please Game Responsibly. No one likes LAGGY gameplay!" :)
