Well, they're running a stress test today between 4 and 6pm PST. I would think that stress testing would be something they would do after migrating to the production hardware, not before. But what do I know, really?

Excited about that! The reason they pushed back the 17th date was because of the lack of Hardware, maybe we will see founders access before August 7th now?

Russ already stated on Twitter he wants to get all founders in before the 7th and somebody else here posted a quote from him saying current goal is to get all founders in in July.

If Mechwarriors without mechs are called the disinherited. What does that make Founders without keys? Maybe the Flounderers! As I cry in my beer. Of course those aren't tears its just the poignant onions on my plate.

Are they releasing keys via e-mail to members? Or releasing the keys via twitter and whoever grabs them first gets them?

It's the weekend.. so, like I assumed before the production hardware arrived, they were going to ramp up the invites (as we saw this week) and then do a stress test. If that all passes the muster, then the invites will be ramped up even more.. and then another stress test will be done. I am guessing they want to get this first stress test done BEFORE the weekend.. so they can hopefully add a bunch more keys today and get a bunch of people online for the weekend without having to babysit the servers the whole time.

I have been working overtime this whole week and I didn't have a chance to check out MWO. Very suprised to find out they've been giving out 1k invites each night so far this week. However I am not at all suprised that I have not managed to score one..
