• Update - Finished the rules / restrictions for the Paladin rank. Attaining the rank of Paladin will be the greatest honor for a member of the Order of the Black Phoenix and Paladins are awarded a great deal of freedom and flexibility in the Mechs / builds that they can field.
  
• Update - Updated the Knight Commander description to reflect my latest change of heart.

I will try to get the Trial of the Champion section completed this weekend, but I want to make it as interesting as possible, because this will be the "end-game" for the Order of the Black Phoenix Challenge / Event.

Also MERRY CHRISTMAS / HAPPY HOLIDAYS members of the Order!

I'm on most week nights, except Wednesdays; usually a couple hours between 7-10pm EST.

Finished basics across 3 variants (1, 1b, 3,s). I find I have become strangely fond of the the erllas/erppc combination on the PXH 1B.

Update: A change of plans. I have some things going on that require most of my attention, so I will be posting the Trial of the Champion rules up in a few days. Also, I will need to step down from my position as Knight Commander, so a new Knight Commander must be appointed. Finally, I will be retiring the Roster / Archive page, because I will no longer have the time to keep it up to date.

If no one wants to volunteer to be the Knight Commander, then I will give up command of the unit and it will be assigned to the next on the list, the deadline is the day that I post Trial update.

Update: I am nearing completion of the Trial of the Champion challenge and finalizing the rank benefits / restrictions for Knight Champions and Paladins, I should have this up today or tomorrow. Also, I have changed some of the restrictions for the Knight Commander, so that my successor will not be bound to a desk and will be able to continue on their Quest and even take part in Trials of the Champion. I am still waiting for someone to volunteer to be the new Knight Commander, so maybe the reworked "honorary rank" of Knight Commander will be more enticing.

Not sure I continue on the quest of the black phoenix if the captain is jumping ship before we really got going all the way
Nothing is finalized in my mind however.

I will preserve the account as is for now and see how this unfolds but i kinda lost my will at this very moment. Not to mention someone informed me that the black phoenix warhorn isnt even on sale like I thought it would be.

Understandable, if there is not enough continued interest, I will abandon the whole project. I am trying to set it up in a way that you can continue without me, like the What Mech Challenge has for over a year. Stay tuned.

Either way, thank you it was fun while it lasted, this will be my last MWO related project, if I ever make any more projects, they will be truely my own from start to finish. I will wait two days for your responses.

I'm gonna keep working on my mech out of personal determination whether we have an active Commander or not. 2750mc is a hell of a grind for F2P accounts, so I didn't expect anyone to become an actual Knight for over a year anyway; so maybe you will be back. If not, I'll be initiating myself with that Knight Errant title sometime in the Spring of 2018 and kicking *** in my black hawk in your honor.

Alright, later tonight (my time) I will update the Order Challenge in a way that those who wish to continue can even without an active unit leader. Unfortunately, without an active unit leader, the Trial of the Champion will not be possible and therefore the ranks of Knight Champion and Paladin will not be attainable. I will also extend a unit invite to the BLPH unit for the latest recruit and will create a Recruit rank.

Finally, tonight's update and unit invite will be my last actions as Knight Commander before xEdSteelex disappears forever.
