Best case scenario?
Mechpacks funded it, preorder for beta access and some bling, game releases for $59.99 on steam and is actually complete.
Worst?
64.99, preorder available, beta access, bling. Game is actually 10 missions long at launch. "Buy the season pass" for 39.99. Gets you a few more missions over the next year. Collector edition with some digital art+**** for 79.99. 9.99 add on mechs, missions micro transaction style. Basically, by the time you get an actual complete game you are in for $300+.
For some reason, I find the second one more believable from Russ.

I'm not saying outright "Hell No." to being a kickstarter/founder... but, they have a LOT of convincing to do...

By the end of this year, we'll have seen 2 new game modes, 2 brand new quick play maps, 4 redone maps, a comprehensive mech rescale, decals, the command wheel, mech class ID via minimap, and numerous QoL improvements. That all seems like a lot of development to me.
That's not to say everything PGI has done this year has been 100% awesome, but to say they haven't done much is wrong

I'd pause when you talk about the new game modes, you remember how domination turned out? and the rescale made my firestarter unusuable so that didn't turn out good, and Frozen City is shiit, so what are you saying?

Like how they coded switchable ammo?

They need to shut up and take my money. I'd pay to murder that little raven over and over and over again.
