What is "Gauss extended +0.25", I wonder...
"+PPC duration" probably refers to the ECM scrambling effect?
"SSRM Spread +2.5%"--hmm, does that mean it will hit more torso, or the SSRM targeting getting a new makeover?
"Arm speed" is gonna be the most useless one.
JJ skill is divided into "Lift speed", "Vectoring", and "Vent calibration".
Odd how "Hill climb" is placed in the middle of heat related skills.
Taking just 26 skills equates to 260,000 XP/GXP, and 1,300,000 C-Bills. This is definitely grind creep. Not to mention some skills can be pretty OP on some mechs.
Unlock points are capped per mech. The skills tree can be respec-ed. PGI didn't say if that is free or we have to pay extra.

I laughed really hard when I saw the LRM range skills. Then I actually got happy when I noticed the LRM velocity skills. That's all I really got out of it besides some fuming rage for how far down Advanced Zoom is on the tree, since I still think it should be something everyone has from the beginning.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's gonna cost us to respec. Probably gonna end up costing MC. The real question is just how much will it cost to do so. Also, will respeccing cost more everytime you do it? In the early days of World of Warcraft, respeccing your talents costed more everytime you did it, and I can see PGI doing it here too.

will it be per mech or per chassis, because if its chassis based, it is just another kick in the omnimechs balls.
also if they make respeccing for MC it will be a fail as every change of balance means forcing people to spent mc. don't go the bad and stupid f2p way of skills being money related. That just makes the game a bit more p2w.

PGI please don't charge us to respec a mechs skill tree. If we roll back a skill and try a different combination give us back the xp and cbills we already spent. It should be similar to changing a loadout. If I buy a med laser then take it off I still own the med laser. It would be dumb to take off the med laser and have it be gone only to have to re-buy it if I needed it again.
There is going to be a lot of trial and error to find combinations we like and find what will work for each individual. If we use xp and cbills to try a skill combination, then lose it all if we don't like it and want to try a different combination this will fail.
