that's because what we really want is the first unseen SUPER STOLEN design. just look up marader IIC unseen

I'd argue that the original IIC design does not fit the art-style AT ALL.
Heck, i'd argue that it didn't fit the art-style of the Tabletop game as well.
(Reminds me of the War of the World's tripod, if it was bipedal) Posted Image

I ... I... nope. Just can't do it. As much as that is straight up one of the best looking mechs they've rolled out I just can't park a Clan mech in my garage. I'll remain a self-inflicted sad panda and watch all the other kids run the new, sexy shiny. Posted Image

@Tordin Heh, heh.. Oh trust me.. I've gone back and forth with that exact line of reasoning several times as my finger hovered over the "Open Wallet, here" button.... but yeah, I know, I know.. it's just a game, play what you'd enjoy should be my thinking. BUT, until MW5 rolls out holding onto my Davion/FS/IS loyalty is about the only Immersion straw I've got to hold onto Posted Image

(besides... can you really ever get that filthy clan smell out of the cockpit anyway? :) )

The Jade Falcon outfit seems to have copied the IS Bounty Hunter :|

They're really blue balling us on the quirks! I just want to have an idea of what to expect in terms of loadout advantages and get an idea of what other mechs to compare it to style wise.

That wolf pattern is looking dam good though.

If waiting for quirks is giving you **********, you may be losing those puppies to atrophy...

Maybe there are no quirks. Or there are many and because of that, they are afraid ;)

Dude.. you do realize Quirks won't exist in like two months, right? and it's a CLAN battlemech. the other IIcs didn't really need them and they do pretty damn fine.

I'm DCMS all the way but I'm also a Marauder fangirl from waaaay back. I'm liberating this Clanner technology to serve at the pleasure of the Coordinator, His Serenity, Takashi Kurita! I bought the full Ultimate Pack on Day One. Only done that two other times-got the Marauder collector and Rifleman collector packs on Day One too.

For me the MAD IIC variants other than Scorch are going to end up getting outfitted like canon IS Marauders only with Clan tech. The IIC(S) is going to end up being the original MAD-3D with more engine and stuffed full of heat sinks, LOL. Wonder if I'll have room for a targeting computer? Probably keep the non (S) version stock.

Scorch...tempted to roll with two uAC10s and whatever else fits.

I'm curious of why we aren't seeing any other chassi variants. So far it's only been the Marauder IIC as far as I can tell of the hardpoints.

Unless you want to hack your way into PGI and get them, you'll just have to wait until Patch day like the rest of us.

Ahh Russ said later tonight or tomorrow. Apparently there's quite a bit with this Patch. Might even see if there are quirks for the Marauder. I know there are supposed to be quirk changes to....12 IS and 2 Clan mechs if I'm not mistaken.

problem with saying you going to release the patch notes Friday by a certain time and then don't.....
I would be fired, others would lose jobs, lose money but gaming industry does it on a normal biases i don't understand why or how they all get away with it.
