Can somebody tell me why the single player won't be integraded into MWO?

Also they can charge for it as a stand alone game and then later on have expansions for it you have to buy too

There is of course the possibility that, once development of MW5 is complete, MWO could be ported over onto Unreal 4, effectively integrating MWO into MW5
I have no problem with them being different games to be honest; MWO is a fun, arcade style, Mechwarrior multi-player game, whilst, hopefully, MW5 will be more like MW3/4 and more "simulator" like in mech behaviour builds etc. These differing approaches would be tricky to balance so keeping them separate makes sense to me.
