.. do i get the SMN variants with torso E slots? i see the Pride hero one here on the website but nothing ingame?

I'm assuming you mean the SMN-F Right Torso? That was a loyalty mech for 2016. You can't get it anymore.

EDIT: Misread, you mean the hero.

You have to buy it on the website. Wont be available in game for MC for a month or so. If you buy it for cash now, you can use it now, though.

You wait for a full year, like every loyalty variant we've had in the past. If you want the Pride though, which has only a single LT energy hardpoint, you've gotta spend $20 here.

The Pride has one, and you have to buy it on the website as a pack until May. The M and F variants were loyalty variants, so the only way to get them was to buy a top tier pack before October, or 2 Collector's packs for the single mech releases. I would just get the Pride, put one ERPPC in the shoulder and then another in the arm next to it, make sure to use the Prime right arm though! Should still be pretty damn good even though you only have one nipple PPC. TC1 and ALL-THE-HEATSINKS as well.
