For either an Invasion or Scouting mission contracts, I'm having to wait for long stretches of time. At this time my longest wait is about six and a half minutes before I decided to leave. Is it just me or are people not queing in Faction play?

People are purposely not queuing for Invasion because they didn't fix what was wrong with the game mode. Too focused on buckets.
As for scouting, there's no reason to get 90% control through it for long tom and its replacement is kind of pointless. Also IS players tend to get tired of fighting streak crows and cheetahs in completely inferior light mechs with only a couple real options for scouting mediums.
For everything else, though? Seems fine.
