The better / smarter pilots are going to win. When you know your strengths and the opponents weakness it makes you that much more effective. Both is and clan have both. So knowing them before you go into faction play with help. Honestly if you just play and fail to learn then the competetive side of mwo is not for you.

For what it's worth, we only faced pugs last night, I would guess the majority of teams during an event/after fw update are pugs. Id that is true, then a 90+ win percentage for one faction has something to say.

Sadly another problem and one that should be eliminated.
Is PGI sad reliance of third party chat for in game communication.
Pre-organizing before a drop is essential for a good match.
Pugs simply don't have that.
And that's a problem.

And again we who like the game mode want Pug vs Pug queues...its so sad they cant just make it both (As is now and Pug vs Pug only). I dont get it, do they want to drive solo players away or something?
