There is literally no way this would work. The fact that you would even suggest this, which would leave the game in such a broken state for a significant amount of time, disgusts me. "TT Values" is such a great starting point.. being LESS balanced than MWO is right now.

No offense, but I think MWO is pretty g** d*** broken right now, and has been ever since I stopped playing sometime last year. The broke a** balance is what drove me away from the game to begin with. And has probably driven off way more people than me over the years.

Obviously I know the "solution" I proposed is far from perfect, but Jesus H. Christ I haven't seen any better ideas being offered up by anyone over the years.

All I'm doing is offering SOME kind of solution, that maybe someone with more understanding of the rules and systems involved might take and further refine into something that would ACTUALLY work.

The balance isn't that bad though, and was better, but people got killed by mechs that they deemed "inferior" and whined about quirks so PGI backed off and left those mechs bad. There's definitely a way to balance, and its not that far off, so I'm not sure what part of it is "broken" other than the fact that stock, bracket builds aren't very good, but that's not broken, that's just what makes sense.
