Was the ability to take capitols mentioned in the 4.1 patch notes?

Edit: Never mind. Just went and checked and it does say something about Regional Capitol Planets having a greater MC value, so I guess that is an implicit indication. Still, I wish they would have been more up front/blunt about this, then maybe it could have been used as a motivator to get folks playing if they would have known that the possibility of losing their faction capitol was real and imminent. Wait, sorry, that sound like a lore based or role play motivation and I forgot that such is frowned upon in this game.

Well, to be explicit; we didn't lose our Capitol, the rest of the Inner Sphere did.

I wonder what will happen when the FRR loses all of its territory. Will it regain territory? would they gain back their lost planets or where ever it wins something and start a new area?

Why does the Snow Teddies have their faction over my capital when you guys are Wolfies? Shouldn't it be the Wolves that have their emblem over ours?

Dunno mate, we did take it while we were wolf mercs and only went loyalist today once the contract was up, so maybe at the time FW decided we were working under contract with the Octobears?

We're still getting that sweet sweet MC in our unit coffers though so who knows.

Typical quality PGI programming is my best guess.
