Not sure if I follow all of your statement, but fair enough. I had assumed it was the solid half page or so of non-ponies asking why this thread even exists.

We exist because the Mods are fair and balanced. Most of us just wanted to be free to say we hate that show. Once said, what more needs to be?

Oh I understand your intent and purpose, and respect your free expression here, it just seemed from the last page or so of content that the amount of anti-pony content fell off as more and more people commented that they either didn't care about ponies or didn't see the point in the hate for them. Especially with nobody commenting on behalf of the anti's.

I can't possibly hate a well done children's television show aimed at small girls primarily.

I can dislike a people in their 20s and 30s who literally form a sub-culture around it, in particular since it's disassociated with nostalgia. If you watched this show as a kid and then had fond memories of it that'd be infinitely less creepy.

Also, a giant part of the vocal population within your fan base wants to have/envision/draw said children's cartoon ponies sexually. Even hinting that way should autoban you from the forums but for whatever reason the moderators just want to steer clear from that thread.

So yeah, we've got our reasons. I don't hate the show as it looks great for what it is, but I don't watch it and I certainly don't think a forum about BattleTech products even needs a single thread about it to be honest.

The hair would benefit from better shading and I doubt a pony nailed to a wall would smile while someone pulls out its intestines.
