It means they can also bump the engine cap on the Locust up closer to what it's supposed to be (225).

I can't remember, but don't several IS lights have lower engine caps than they should? I'd actually be really happy if they bumped them up, and I don't even pilot IS lights.

The Spider and the Jenner, which should have a cap of 335 and 345 respectively using the formula (1.4x stock engine for lights). The Commando, Panther, Raven, and Wolfhound have all actually been boosted over what the formula should have capped them at.

The Jenner IIc is actually the worst offender for that. It can't even go above its stock engine. By the PGI formula it should max out at 440. How exactly it would do that I don't know but thats the maths and the maths don't lie. Also the IS urbanmech is able to run over 2x the size engine that it should. Which means....
