Hey, Tina? Could you please tell us if the Skill Tree 2.0 is nearly complete? I'm not asking for exact details, just to know that it's being worked on and will look either terrible or great. There is no between on these forums.

What about lost premium time? Any plans to compensate. Not to mention the fans. I learned french while the servers were down. Would much rather have killed giant battlemechs.
