Not as big alpha as some others, but, you can actually first more than once without shutting down using THIS
Ain't nothing really gonna survive if you can aim @ 750m, and @ 750m, there ain't much out there dealing the same dmg back other than a KDK3 or similar. Good thing too, who wants to get close in a DWF?

I have played with this. Not very good but I can alpha, ignoring the streaks for 86 damage. Didn't bother to place the armor, just weapons and heatsinks.

For some odd reason Smurfy says a total of 108 firepower, while mechlab says 98 which is correct. Maybe Smurfy counts PPCs differently.
But it's somewhat working..

Direwolf Prime (106 alpha) - DWF-PRIME
I don't have the skill tree build, but I max out what I need in Firepower/Operations for laser duration, UAC jam chance and heat reduction/cooling. I give up mobility and survival and use coolshots. It's pretty sustainable and has great damage at 400-500m, still decent at 600-800m and hits the hardest at 300m. The prime set bonus lets it have -35% UAC jam chance with the skill tree and -10% laser duration is very nice for the LPL+ERML.
