We've got another set of Champion Mech's we'd like your help making builds for!
Keep in mind these will mostly be used by new playersl!
Please submit your build for the Wolf Hound Champion!
Post your build using Smurfy Mechlab, with whichever variant you'd like.

Remember to click the Like button at the bottom of other posted builds for your favorites!
The top 3 voted builds will be taken into a separate discussion thread which our designer will then later review your discussions and debates on it to make the final call as to which is the best of the 3 to implement.
Thank you very much again for your contribution!

With the extra speed you outrun LRM's and the mech already turns on a dime even at high speeds.
One of my favorite mech chassis

I like having a LL as primary, mostly because that ER burn time can be just long enough to be dragged across friends for less experienced players. I myself like small lasers, but I felt med lasers are more appropriate, and settled on 3 for a few reasons: cooler than 4, and still provides a nice graphic, and I'm getting tired of so many LPL/MPL builds! Dual AMS is unique and useful- you are a little slow to stray far from the pack, but assisting the heavier teammates is beneficial and good practice.

- Long range weapon in the arm, for pesky UAVs
- Decent heat
- 300 engine because Light 'mech
- Not too much back armour, but more than usual, to help new players

Beagle probe is something I like to have so that I can chase down the ecm and powered down mechs trying to hide.

I picked the WLF-1 over the WLF-2 due to the up coming skill changes. (The higher engine cap IMO makes the WLF-1 chassis a bit more valuable then the WLF-2 once the quirks are removed). This mech is set up to corner peek on the right with the LPL, and has the 4 ML as a back up should it lose the right arm. The Wolfhound comes across as a general purpose light mech, I tried to not stray from that.
