PGI is issuing refunds for Founders purchases. I couldn't find the process posted anywhere so I'm posting it here.

Send an email to support@mwomercs.com requesting one and include the transaction number to speed things up. If you don't get an automated reply with the ticket number for your request it means the ticketing system is broken. Send the email again the next day if that happens.

The GMs are really helpful and will ask for feedback on why you're cancelling. They genuinly seem interested and do give non form responses so give them something honest and meaningful.

Some people may have to get a refund because something unforeseen happened IRL that requires large amounts of liquid cash (car broken down, medical emergency etc). Alternatively, because they will not be playing MWO for some reason (computer died & no money for replacement, found different game that's already live, girlfriend hates videogames etc).

Or for some strange inexplicable reason got double charged (or purchased same package twice).

Just wish there was a refund system for girlfriends whom hate video games, right now you just throw them away and lose everything you have spent on them. (LOL)

For a moment there I thought this would have the tone of a Diablo 3 Refund post. Of course I have absolutely no intention of getting my money back and I look forward to giving more in the future. :P

I originally signed up for the $30 level, but because I did it just as it was announced the system was running real slowly. I thought it hadn't gone through so I tried again. I ended up with an upgrade to the $60 level. I briefly thought about asking for a refund but I figured I was getting a Founder's 'Mech out of it so I'm happy.
