I have looked on the forums but cannot find any solution to the issue I have, if anyone can help that would be great. I even waited a week now to see if the problem would resolve itself.
I am in the UK,purchased the founders elite pack, the money was taken by Playspan 13th July. I received no email in regards to the purchase, and my profile has not updated either in the 5-7 days.I even sent an email MWO support and no response for over 8 days..
Anyone help please?

I wish you luck did you save the confirmation email? You did use the email adress tied to this forum account correct? Some people get messed up in that regard having multiple emails. I do hope they get you sorted.

You could try talking to your bank, maybe they can still cancel the payment.
Maybe you should check if everything is ok with your e-mail account. Not sure if switching the account at this point is a good idea, but if you don't get replies from support and no payment confirmation then maybe the address you gave them is wrong or the account is not working properly.

Thanks all for the positive support and suggestions.
I only use the one email address actively and it was the one association to my mwo account.
It is a shame and I am gutted that the purchase has not gone through so I have contacted my bank to refund the payment as discussed.
Would love to support this IP as it is one that I have many years of fond memories.
If anyone can help that would be great as I want to participate in the founders program.
