Adjust to an increase in heat of a 100% in regard to what it was before.

I think its too much.

I want at least 2 DHS in each leg in my clan mechs, plz.

Wow, you need this two times? Okay ... so again:

Let Clans equip heat sinks in legs like IS does then.

You're a funny guy! So you want Single Heat Sinks in you clan mech?
Oh wait? You clanners have Doubles only using 2 lines ... ah, you little ****** just want to extend your advantages.
Just for your information. You can already put nearly double the heat sinks into your mechs, that an IS mech can!
So let us leave weapons away, for this and:

Take an EBJ and fill it with DHS to the brim ... its 19!
Take an Catapult Jester (same weight), with Endosteel and Ferro-Armor (as the clan mech has), put an XL325-Engine into it and fill it with DHS. So what do we have? Yea, you see right, it's 8 Double Heatsinks ... EIGHT! (and none in the legs!)
So come on, stop whining!

I don't think OP understands the difference between DHS and SHS.

You are cheating.

Everyone knows that the average Clan mech has far less pod space than an IS corresponding mech.
PLUS, since clan DHS dissipate much less heat than their IS counterpart, you have tu put many more DHS in a clan mech to have the same heat dissipation than an IS mech can reach with a lot less DHS therefore you have to choose between having a decent amount of weapons that fry your mech with heat or have a very limited number of weapons and be able to dissipate the heat that they generate.

The only difference between Clan and IS DHS is their size and item health. Clan version is 1 slot smaller with 3.33 less health. They have the same dissipation and heat capacity stats. They used to be different, with IS DHS having higher heat capacity and Clan DHS having higher dissipation, but they changed that late last year.

Plus, only Clan omnis have less available pod space, but only because they have fixed upgrades and equipment. Half sized Endo and FF, smaller weapons, smaller DHS, and smaller XLs mean more space for DHS.

It's not whining, it's just facts.
By the way, you're the one who started crying.

Well, you should rename the topic to "I want DHS in my Clan mechs legs".
Then the title would not be this misleading and you could finally get all the laughter you deserve with this.
(and the guy with the Clan mech pod space theory, too ... or did I miss the irony tags?)

I dont see this idea as something to laug at, its extreme, I know that, but its not more extreme than increasing the heat by 100% from what it was before.
Lets post our experience with this nerf in this post.
I see some players are complaining about ridiculous heat desipation, personaly I dont notice it to much, BUT, I am piloting a hellbringer and when my torso is blow of (its allmost always the left one) I am left with 2 ERMEDs, so that doesnot produce that much heat for me to complain about.
Lets see what happens when Im left with 2 ERML and 2 LPL..

My 2 cents, Unlock the chassis for the Omnis, let us choose to run Standard engines if we want. If this is done, then I will have no problem with the crippling 40% reduction in heat dissipation after losing a side.
