P2W or not...the very idea of it just seems a bit nutty.

While I appreciate your levity, to be fair I think that Snazzy makes an excellent point in regards to its ability to gun boat with the purifier pods and possibly follow pop tart meta.

Personally felt that I couldn't counter those two points.

This made me shudder however because how did people deal with the Oxide being behind a paywall?

They raged to high heaven - forums were ablaze. There were "balance adjustments" specifically because of that. Other lights got hit with the inevitable collateral damage.

usually i dont jump on this train but the developers have to make money somehow.Giving an incentive to invest into MC seems reasonable for me and totally acceptable in that manor.considering that everybody fighting with the same weapons in general, Pay2Win has a far more bitter taste imho (looking at you world of tanks, world of warships, war thunder and the like)
